Return Window:
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligible Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at cp.elgreco@gmail.com. We'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your package.
Please note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow processing time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
